What medium does Anne paint in?
Anne paints in soft and oil pastels — a pure-pigment medium prized for its rich, luminous color. Her subjects are landscapes, still life and portraits.
Are the paintings for sale?
Yes — original paintings in the New Work gallery range from $180 to $595. Sold pieces are marked “Sold”. To purchase, email Anne with the painting’s name.
Can I buy a print instead of an original?
Yes. Every painting in the Collection and New Work galleries is available as an approx. 8×10 giclée print for $30. See the giclée prints page for ordering steps.
How do I commission a pastel portrait?
Commissioned portraits start at $600 for a single subject, unframed, with a minimum size of 12×16 inches. Browse sample portraits on the portraits page, then email Anne to discuss your portrait.
Do you teach pastel workshops?
Anne teaches workshops year-round — beginning pastel, advanced technique, plein-air landscape, composition and color. Groups can schedule a workshop by email; see the workshops page for details.
